Right click can be done by tapping with two fingers or tapping the icon that its shape looks like a mouse located on the bottom of the screen. If you want to drag an item, you can tap it twice, hold down for the second time and then move the finger. The on screen instructions are mostly the ones that you would expect form a touch screen application, such as pinch to zoom, drag the finger over the screen to move the cursor, and tap once to left click. When you connect, the input instructions will be shown by TeamViewer.
